Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It depends on the shipping option you selected and your location. Once your shipping label is printed you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you are located in the USA you can expect it to ship USPS Ground which typically takes 5 business days. Priority and Priority Express paid shipping options are usually 3 and 2 days respectively.

How do I create an account?

You may create an account during checkout or by visiting the My Account page linked to on the main menu or here: https://truckclaws.com/my-account

How do I change my shipping address?

If you already made your purchase and need to change your shipping address after the fact you must contact us immediately with your order number and order details to change the address before it leaves our fulfillment center. If it has already left we will do our best to reroute but this can not be guaranteed. Always double-check your information before completing your purchase!

How do I track the status of my order?
When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We do not store your credit card information. If you select any save my credit card for future purchases options the card information will be saved on Stripe servers and protected under their security infrastructure.

Do you ship to my country?

We do ship globally however we recommend first looking for a TruckClaws dealer in your country. If you need assistance with this please contact us we will be happy to assist. This can save you a lot of money on shipping expenses. Purchasing from this website with shipping to an international address may incur taxes and duties in your jurisdiction when you arrive to pickup the item which we will not be liable for.

Will my items come in one package?

When purchasing multiple kits especially when selecting Free Shipping we will do so in the most economical way we can. TruckClaws kits can weigh anywhere from 10-15lbs each. This sometimes means sending each kit in a separate package for larger orders. In the event we do so, you will receive a tracking number and an itemized description for each package. If you wish to have all kits in one package please contact us prior to purchase so we can do our best to accommodate your shipping needs.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases. When we receive your product back we issue a full refund. If the product received is damaged or missing items we reserve the right to issue a partial refund instead. We offer a 1 year warranty from date of purchase as well. If the product fails despite being used properly within 1 year of purchase we will replace any defective parts free of charge. Gross negligence or misuse of the product such as driving on for prolonged periods of time null and void your warranty.

I received the wrong item

If you receive the wrong item please notify us immediately! We correct any issues related to your order as swiftly as possible. Please email us at [email protected] or give us a call.

My order arrived damaged

All orders are checked by our Quality Assurance team prior to being sent. If your order arrives damaged it mostly occured during transit. If this occurs please send photos to [email protected] along with your order number so we can rectify the situation.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

All returns should be sent to our fulfillment center to the following address: TruckClaws 10363 Piper Lane, Manassas, Virginia 20110. Please include your RMA number or original order number to expedite your return or exchange.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Yes. If we have an order out of stock we will indicate this on the website and change the Add to Cart button to a Pre-Order Button.
