We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase from TruckClaws.com and authorized dealers. We are committed to great customer service and fairness in regard to returns and exchanges. Our 30-day money back guarantees return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the receipt of the purchased product. If more than 30 days have passed since the receipt of your purchased product we will not offer you a refund under our 30-day money back guarantee. If you feel the product was defective in any way and you are outside of the 30-day money back guarantee period you must see our 1-year warranty policy for TruckClaws and TruckClaws II.

The date you received the product will be determined via your TruckClaws.com order number and tracking delivery information on record.

All returns or exchanges must be approved in advance before any returned products can be shipped to our fulfillment center located at 10363 Piper Lane, Manassas, VA, 20110, United States.

3rd Party Purchases
If you purchase TruckClaws products on any 3rd party website other than TruckClaws.com the return policy of that website will apply, not the one defined on this page. If you purchase authentic TruckClaws products at an authorized dealer storefront we ask that you return your product to the store you purchased it. If for any reason you have a receipt for the purchase and our 30-day money back Guarantee is not honored at the store, contact us at [email protected] and attach a scan or photo of your receipt, a photo of the merchandise you wish to return, and the name and address of the store that did not honor the 30-day money back guarantee.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, we prefer your item be unused and in the same condition that you received it, however, our money back guarantee will cover a used product as long as it has not been damaged or does not have signs of excessive wear and tear for a product less than 30 days old. It must also be in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing or damaged or destroyed you may be subject to a restocking fee no higher than 20% of the paid cost of the product.

If the packaging has been opened: please include photos of the product and the packaging in its current condition and the reason why you wish to return the product. If the packaging has not been opened: please include photos of the packaging in its current condition and the reason why you wish to return the product. Customers may be responsible for arranging shipping and any shipping costs related to returning the merchandise based on the condition of the product and where the product was purchased. Whether or not we provide you with pre-paid shipping labels will be determined by us on a case by case basis.

To complete your return, we require a website order number or confirmation email or a receipt or some proof of purchase that we deem valid.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Original packaging is missing or destroyed.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase and not applicable for a warranty related return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval and amount or rejection and reason of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several days.

Late or missing refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged through no fault of your own. If your product is damaged because you did not follow instructions it will not be replaced. If your product received knicks or scratches from normal use this will not warrant a replacement as it does not affect the functionality of the product and is solely cosmetic. International Shipping
For TruckClaws products purchased at TruckClaws.com that require shipping outside of the United States, you will be responsible for paying any shipping costs related to returning your item(s). Prior to making purchases at TruckClaws.com that require international shipping we suggest you first search online or use our dealer locator to find websites or stores in your home country that sell TruckClaws. This will reduce the costs of shipping, and any international taxes and duties related to receiving and/or returning TruckClaws products to/from the United States.

Shipping Insurance
If you are shipping an item at your own cost and the value of that item is over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No Access To Email
If you do not have access to email all of the above can be facilitated using regular mail but will take much longer to facilitate. We suggest your initial request to initiate a return be initiated by phone by calling 1-844-362-5297. If you do not make us aware of your intention to initiate a return under our 30-day money back guarantee by phone or email within the 30 days of purchase and we receive an initial letter in the mail after the 30-day period we will not facilitate your return under the terms of the 30-day money back guarantee.
